Viva Spanish programs

Learning Spanish has never been easier. The staff here ensures proper implementation of teaching methods to make the student adept in writing, listening, reading, and speaking Spanish fluently rather than just impart language tidbits to communicate with the locals and tourists alike. Here, the teaching staff is a comprehensive one, comprised of graduate students or students in their final year of undergraduate study. To retain the interest and attention of the students, the teachers are regularly rotated which means that a student will have two teachers for any class.
The only requirement for enrolment is an online test, which will help us accurately place you. The following are some of the programs that we offer:

1. Intensive Classes: The hours are from 8 am until 12 noon and then again from 1 pm until 5 pm. This program consists of 20 hours per week.
2. Semi Intensive Classes: The hours are 8-10, 10-12, 1-3 or 3-5 PM.
3. Skype Online Classes: Students who want online classes can go for Skype classes. You just need a webcam and a headset. Download Skype for free PC-to-PC calling. We can also provide tutorials to help you get started.
4. Kids Classes: They course designing is finalized keeping the kids in mind. The classes are a combination of regular, intensive, and semi-intensive. The curriculum is comprehensive. We provide personal attention to all the kids.
5. Home/Office Study: the course is carried out at your own place in Nicaragua.
6. Volunteer Nicaragua: There are several options; however, you need to be able to communicate with basic Spanish.

We offer a range of programs, and classes to suit all timetables: Here is a summary.

Intensive: Spanish Immersion Tour of Nicaragua (Granada and Managua) 20 hours per week 8 a.m. – 12 noon or 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.	Spanish Immersion Tour of Nicaragua (Granada and Managua) Study in Granada and Managua (other cities available).  Two-week combo program with study in the big city and the pueblo.
SKYPE ON-LINE CLASSES We offer on-line classes, one-on-one with a teacher thru Skype. All you need is an inexpensive webcam and headset. You just download Skype Free PC-To-PC Calling, and you are ready! We can help you get started. www.vivaspanishonline.com	For kids: (Managua) Available in Intensive, Semi Intensive or Regular. Specially designed curriculum for children.
HOME STUDY (Granada and Managua) In some cases, we can send one of our teachers out to your home or business to give 2 or 4 hours of classes on a daily basis. See the price list for the cost of this service. For the security of our staff, decisions for this service are made by the director of the school.	VOLUNTEER NICARAGUA (Granada and Managua) Volunteering allows you to be more than just a tourist; you get to immerse in a new culture and have the chance to help others while experiencing the adventure of a lifetime.

Important information for volunteers:

The best way to make the most out of your volunteer program is to be well prepared. E.g. if you are coming to volunteer in Nicaragua, make sure you learn Spanish first (you can opt for online Spanish lessons or Nicaragua immersion course in-country before volunteering), Also, you will have read about the requirements of the program, you must understand the rules and regulations, and finally, know the costs. Some specialized courses

Educators should let their students enjoy immersing with other people across the globe and share their cultures and country’s pride. Students must be encouraged to do volunteer activities to widen their knowledge regarding how other people live their lives. They will have a chance to help improve the way of life for of people in a community in Nicaragua. They could teach handicrafts or any activities which will benefit the community people. They could even structure business trainings in collaboration with the local government to further empower the people.
There are so many options herein that students can select based on their abilities. Some of them include integrating with community people, humanitarian work, empowering women, children and sustaining health and education through English and Spanish teaching, doing crafts and agriculture and environmental protection. Asa students works with the community, they will be able to discover their own hidden talents and those things they are not aware that they can do. Students can also be empowered because they will practice leadership skills as they volunteer.
